Information on this site describes our services in general. Each job is governed by your approved purchase order or work order, our written quote and any written agreement between us. Scope changes are handled through a written change order.

Quotes and pricing

We do not publish prices on this site. Quotes depend on scope and property conditions.

Response and scheduling

We aim to reply to every work order within 3 minutes and to provide same-day service without a rush fee. Scheduling for any specific job is confirmed with you directly.

Workmanship

If our work isn't right, we come back and make it right. Any specific warranty terms for a job are those stated in your written quote or agreement.

Use of this website

Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it or access it in unauthorized ways. Content on this site, including text, graphics, the TendCo name and the T mark, belongs to TendCo or its licensors.
